Where are Hayden’s House Ingredients From?

Hayden’s House is a strong advocate of organic food. Arlene Tribo, who is its founding director, often volunteers to learn about organic farming both in Melbourne, Australia and regions in Italy (via WWOOF Italia) such as Trentino, Molise, Bologna and Sicily, where organic farms vary from forest grown shiitake mushrooms, 100% off-grid farms, farm to table restaurants and pistachio farm.

We use the skills we learned from the organic farms to grow fruits, vegetables and herbs in Hayden’s House small backyard, side and front yard. Any other produce that is not grown by us, along with organic flour, plant-based milk and such are sourced from Certified Organic Store such as Terra Madre, The Organic Macro range from Woolworths and Friends of the Earth.
